Need to Make a Return?

If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.  A 60 EGP return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Standard Return Policy

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, you can contact us at support@Spiseg.com, or send us a message on Instagram or Facebook. We’ll send you a return shipping company to collect the item. 
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
• Allow up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.
• Only items that have been purchased directly on www.spiseg.com can be returned to us.
• You can always contact us for any return question at support@Spiseg.com
• Outlet products cannot be returned or exchanged, please check it upon receipt

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
